Alina Jenkins is an award-winning presenter & broadcaster who has worked across radio & television since 2001. She has spent most of her career at the BBC, initially with South Today and BBC Radio Solent, where she was one of only four women at the time to host their own speech breakfast show. Her ability to connect with people and gain their trust has helped her facilitate thousands of interviews and discussions on a wide range of topics.
In 2013 she joined the BBC National Weather team in London, working on Countryfile, the Six and Ten O’clock News, as well as Radio 4. When her Body Talk schedule allows, she still presents forecasts both nationally and internationally.
Alina’s skills as a presenter, journalist and communication skills coach enable her to successfully teach techniques in presence, storytelling, deeper conversations and how to perform at your best under pressure. She is also an executive coach and Trusted Adviser Associate, helping business leaders enhance their skills, empower teams, and build stronger relationships.
Whether in a 121 coaching environment or as a keynote conference speaker, Alina is dedicated to helping people communicate their message and vision with clarity, confidence, and impact. As Head of Communications for Body Talk, she also writes, creates and presents our podcasts, videos and blogs for social media and the website.
