What is a Learning Journey?
Learning Journeys can be booked for small groups or large teams and are typically 3 sessions, over 3 weeks.
Each sessions builds on the learning of the previous one and spacing training sessions over a few weeks allows the gradual embedding and practising of these new skills and techniques.
We keep a ratio of one coach to four people for coaching, with personal feedback and coaching practise at every touch point to embed the learning into your day to day.
Assignments are set in-between sessions and delegates have their own digital workbook to personalise and embed their learning.
We can combine the live training sessions with our eLearning platform to continue the training and provide re-caps on the key techniques after the sessions.
