We were initially requested to run a two-day ‘Dynamic Presentation Skills’ course for ALDI, after they discovered a need for these skills in their business.
Following the success of the course, we began a three year development program, with their directors and leaders taking a two-day workshop each year, gradually building up a powerful toolkit of strategies, to ensure ongoing improvement in advanced communication skills and plenty of personal coaching.
We worked closely with ALDI throughout the project, to tailor everything to match their company values, getting to know their team, their goals and doing everything we could to help ensure their lasting success.
