Emily Fairman

Emily started her career working with the Guardian News Group, writing and producing corporate films & audio programmes for clients.

Emily started her career working with the Guardian News Group, writing and producing corporate films & audio programmes for clients. She also conducted media training, working with many journalists including John Humphries, Peter Hobday, Peter Prendergast and Tom Maddox.

After re-training as a professional actress in her late twenties, Emily worked for many years in Regional Theatre and Television (appearances include Emmerdale, Coronation Street and The Bill). She is also a successful voice over artist for Radio and Television (clients include Love Productions, Bassetts, The Scouting Association and Stepchange).

As well as extensive work for Body Talk, Emily is also an award-winning writer. She has written for the BBC Radio 4, as well as creating a six-part comedy television series, in which she also starred. Her television series ‘Lottie’s Lot’ was developed by the BBC and had a pilot produced. At the time of writing she has 2 comedy series in development, one with Big Talk and another with Tiger Aspect.

Emily has a thorough understanding of communication, through style, structure and delivery, which she teaches with a passion for helping people succeed in business.

Emily is a specialist in business storytelling with a wide range of experience in presentation and impact training, acting, voice-over work and screenwriting.

Emily has been involved with coaching clients in presentation and media skills for more than 20 years. She strongly believes that a business lives and dies through its ability to communicate great ideas and services. Her screen writing and performance skills, will help bring out the best of those abilities in your most valuable asset – your people.
