Emily Fairman

Emily started her career working with the Guardian News Group, writing and producing corporate films & audio programmes for clients.

Emily began her working life with the Guardian News Group, writing and producing corporate films and audio programmes for clients.  After retraining as an actor, Emily worked for many years in Regional Theatre and Television (appearances include Emmerdale, Coronation Street and The Bill). She is also a successful voice over artist for Radio and Television (clients include Love Productions, Bassetts and Step Change).

Emily is also a screenwriter. She has written for BBC Radio 4 and RTE, as well as creating the award-winning, six-part comedy television series ‘Your Bad Self’, in which she also starred. Her television series ‘Lottie’s Lot’ was developed by the BBC and had a pilot produced. At the time of writing, she has 2 scripts in development.

Working with our clients for over 13 years, Emily uses her skills as a writer to help clients create impactful business stories – from internal presentations to scripting advice for major conference speeches.  Having a great story is sometimes not enough; Emily has helped thousands of people around the world, using her performance abilities to teach them simple and practical techniques to enable them to become confident and engaging presenters and storytellers.

As an experienced communication skills coach, Emily strongly believes that a business lives and dies through its ability to communicate great ideas and services. Her screenwriting and performance skills will help bring out the best of those abilities in your most valuable asset – your people.
