Frequently Asked Questions
Have any questions? We’re here to help
Can I customise my training to include multiple communications training courses?
Absolutely, we can combine this feedback course with other Body Talk communication training courses to create a tailored solution that fits your time, budget, and goals.
Whether your team needs to build self-awareness, learn how to give effective positive feedback, or reframe negative feedback, we’ll design a programme that meets your specific needs.
How does training in giving feedback improve performance across the workplace?
Because it removes confusion, hesitation, and frustration from everyday communication. When people know how to receive constructive feedback, issues get solved faster, performance rises, and trust grows. A strong feedback culture keeps everyone aligned, accountable, and continuously improving.
Why is giving and receiving feedback training so valuable?
Learning how to deliver feedback that’s specific, fair, and focused helps leaders tackle performance issues early and confidently. It makes team meetings more honest, direct reports more engaged, and every team member more self-aware. The result is effective feedback that accelerates personal and professional growth and strengthens the entire organisation.
How do I prepare for a training session?
Our Client Services team will coordinate all timings, logistics, and room or tech requirements before the event to make preparation seamless. We also ask delegates to complete a short questionnaire so we can understand their challenges and goals. This helps us tailor the experience, ensuring everyone is ready to give timely feedback and build the confidence to receive feedback effectively.
What happens after I complete a training session?
You’ll leave with practical tools you can use straight away. We also share ongoing support through our blogs, podcasts and videos, all designed to help you keep building confidence, refine your delivery, and continue giving productive feedback.
What is included in with On-Demand training?
You’ll have access to your training instantly, anywhere in the world, at any time for a 3-month period, along with a digital PDF workbook to download. We also include an audiobook with 7 hours of additional content to deepen your learning.
What is the ratio of trainers to learners?
This depends on the type of training you’re looking at. For group training, our ratio is typically one trainer to four delegates; this allows for plenty of individual coaching and feedback. Our masterclasses are generally hosted by one presenter and up to 100 people.
What is the difference between one, two and three-day courses?
Simply, additional modules and learning plus more coaching time. We understand that time and budget are sometimes limited, so we offer one-day courses to provide a valuable foundation. Adding on additional days allows you to dive deeper into communication and presentation skills through advanced body language and managing difficult conversations to questioning, listening, and peak performance mindset. We are happy to tailor the training to meet your budget, time and goals.
