Charlie studied acting in both London and New York and is an accomplished and accredited, trained actress with a wealth of experience in commercials such as VW, Danone Yogurt, Disney, Estee Lauder, Capital One, Sainsbury’s, Nokia, Vitabiotics, Tour de France, Transport for London and the Football World Cup.
She has also delivered voice-overs for Classic FM and British Telecom, featured on TV and films and many in-house corporate training videos. Charlie has filmed the last three series of The Apprentice, playing Lord Sugar’s receptionist along with recording all the voiceovers for the TV series.
Charlie is also a qualified and inspiring psychotherapist tailoring therapy and coaching to the individual client, integrating the affective, behavioural, cognitive and psychological systems to gain insight and understanding of one’s issues.
With experience in both performance and psychology, Charlie has a unique ability to instantly put clients at ease whilst encouraging and supporting clients to reach their full potential; with simple practical techniques, Charlie is able to help and support clients to overcome self-sabotage, achieve a peak performance mindset and gain the physical, vocal and emotional tools to increase confidence and develop essential communication skills that assist clients both personally and professionally.
