Client Relationship Executive, Central London

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a team player with top notch administrative skills, a proven ability to support colleagues and clients and work independently when required.  Someone who is energetic, creative, dependable and  highly conscientious. You will be an excellent communicator, with great attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working closely to support CRMs
  • Developing your knowledge of BodyTalk products
  • Log all leads and communication through the CRM system
  • Tracking new enquiries, inputting all details into our database & setting follow-ups.
  • Ability to manage training event logistics without being onsite, including problem solving on the eve/morning of the event
  • Logging & tracking all activities using our database
  • Chasing client contracts within set deadlines
  • Ensure all aspects of the training requirements have been sent and arranged by the client
  • Ability to contact clients/delegates in a professional and friendly manner in order to obtain pre-training information and send out prep work.
  • Create online delegate questionnaires, as guided by the trainers, using Survey Monkey.

DEMONSTRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent verbal, written and organisational skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Experience of HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Deals platforms or similar
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and team player
  • Ability to build long term relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Able to balance high workloads to meet deadlines

 

Client Relationship Manager, Central London

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a team player with initiative and experience.  Someone who is energetic, creative and highly conscientious with a passion for client relationships.  If you’re right for us, you will have a good understanding of client relationships and how they tactically underpin business development and marketing communications. You will be an excellent communicator, with great attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promptly answering inbound queries to the web site e-mail or phone
  • Responding promptly to potential leads
  • Log all leads and communication through the CRM system
  • Coordinate with clients and trainers to clarify correct scope of work
  • Where necessary establish and attend client meetings and build relationships
  • Generate and issue proposals and contracts. Ensure contracts are signed and returned in a timely manner. Check all client contract terms are in the best interest of our business
  • Project Manage the pre-event information collecting and event delivery to ensure customers and trainers have a great experience
  • Coordinate with other employees on trainer booking ensuring a fair balance of work
  • Follow on sales and upsell of other products and services
  • Contribute to development of sales collateral 
  • Currently to be available in the office at least 2 days a week to attend CRM Meetings

DEMONSTRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Resilient self-starter
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and take ownership of projects
  • Experience of HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Deals platforms or similar
  • Team working to ensure best overall outcome for the company
