How to pitch your offering to win new work

AECOM is the world’s premiership infrastructure firm that partners with clients to build legacies for generations to come.

Challenge: AECOM was competing in a tender process for the construction of what will become London’s tallest building. They had been successful in the written submission and the project team invited to the interview stage. Whilst AECOM are leaders in the US construction market, they were fairly new to the London market and therefore needed to build trust and inspire confidence in their ability to deliver.

Solution: In the two weeks leading up to the interview, Body Talk worked with the individual project team members and the group collectively. We guided creation of their interview presentation content and then worked on their team dynamics and powerful pitching techniques.
