Joining the Body Talk team in 2019 as a Client Relationship Manager, Lydia works with a number of clients from a variety of industries. Acting as main point of contact for her clients, she is responsible for the organisation of both virtual and face to face training events from start to finish.
When Lydia joined the team, she brought with her a wealth of experience having worked directly with both commercial clients and consumers. She understands the importance of listening to the clients requirements, to ensure their needs are met. Previously working as a project manager, she has learnt how to help clients achieve their goals whilst adhering to both deadlines and budget.
Lydia thoroughly enjoys working with her clients and has a passion to help them reach their goals and deliver return on investment.
